Discounted Registration fee for underdeveloped / Low Economic Countries:

To Ensure and support  scientific research from all  economic level categories, the  committee and team of chemeet 2025 is pleased to provide discounts for the participants attending from low-level economic countries.

Registration includes:

1- Conference Session: Access to all sessions including break-out sessions, Posters and exhibition area.
2- Conference Kit: Conference materials that include Conference ID with tag, Program and e-version of abstract book and participation certificate.
3- Networking: Access to all networking sessions, social program, reception and breaks.
4- Lunch and coffee breaks: The participants will have the access for lunch and two coffee breaks per day during all the three days of the conference.

Accommodation includes:

1- Rooms will be provided in the hotel which is collaborated with chemeet 2025 organization
2- Complimentary breakfast during the stay in the hotel
3- FREE WIFI
4- Access to hotel Gym and other services.

Cancellation policy:

1- All the refund proposals are to be made within due time mentioned below. The refund
requests are to be done through an email to the conference manager.

2- Options are open to transfer the conference fee to the following edition to avoid
cancellation charges.
3- Cancellation requests placed before 99 days of the conference date will be subjected
to full refund. Processing fee of EURO 100 will be charged.
4- Cancellation requests placed before 50 days will be refunded with 50% of the
registration fee and 100% of the accommodation fee with a processing fee of EURO
100
5- Cancellation requests after September 01, 2025, will not be accepted but option will
be open for 50% transfer of the registration fee to the next edition.

Terms and Conditions

1- Organizer is not responsible for the cancellation of the conference due to natural
calamities, unexpected activities like attacks. In this case, the committee will discuss and decide for the rescheduled dates.
2- Organizer reserves the right to make modifications/ adjustments to the conference
schedule, program etc in the last minute without any prior intimation.
3- The organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference at any time in case of
natural disasters and other unforeseen reasons. In this situation, the conference will
be postponed by taking opinion of everyone.
4- Organizer is not responsible for any physical loss or damage of the delegates.
5- Registrations provided discounted slots are not applicable for full refund. Only the paid fee will be refunded based on the cancellation policy.
