Discounted Registration fee for underdeveloped / Low-income countries:

To ensure and support scientific research from all economic level categories, the committee and team of chemeet 2026 are pleased to provide discounts for the participants attending from low-level economic countries.

To apply for a slot under the discounted registration  category, please contact the  committee or organizer at committee@chemeetconference.com

Registration includes:

1- Conference Session: Access to all sessions, including break-out sessions, posters, and the exhibition area.
2- Conference Kit: Conference materials that include an eco-friendly bag with Conference ID with tag, Conference Program, an e-version of the abstract book, and a participation e-certificate.
3- Networking: Access to all networking sessions, social program, reception, and breaks.
4- Lunch and coffee breaks: The participants will have access to lunch and two coffee breaks per day during all three days of the conference.

Accommodation includes:

1- Rooms will be provided in the hotel, which is in collaboration with the chemeet 2026 organization
2- Complimentary breakfast during the stay in the hotel
3- FREE WIFI
4- Access to the hotel’s Gym, mini bar, and other services.

Cancellation policy:

1- All the refund proposals are to be made within the due time mentioned below. The refund
requests are to be made through an email to the conference manager.

2- Options are open to transfer the conference fee to the following edition to avoid
cancellation charges.
3- Cancellation requests placed before 99 days of the conference date will be subject
to a full refund. A processing fee of EURO 100 will be charged.
4- Cancellation requests placed before 50 days will be refunded with 50% of the
registration fee and 100% of the accommodation fee, with a processing fee of EURO
100
5- Cancellation requests after June 01, 2026, will not be accepted, but the option will
be open for a 50% transfer of the registration fee to the next edition.

Terms and Conditions

1- The organizer is not responsible for the cancellation of the conference due to natural
calamities, unexpected activities like attacks. In this case, the committee will discuss and decide on the rescheduled dates.
2- Organizer reserves the right to make modifications/ adjustments to the conference
schedule, program, etc, in the last minute without any prior intimation.
3- The organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference at any time in case of
natural disasters and other unforeseen reasons. In this situation, the conference will
be postponed by taking the opinion of everyone.
4- The organizer is not responsible for any physical loss or damage to the delegates.
5- Registrations provided discounted slots are not applicable for a full refund. Only the paid fee will be refunded based on the cancellation policy.
