The Chemeet Conference Board and the Elanva Team feel excited to invite you all for the fourth edition of Chemeet conference at Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Athens Greece during October 06-08, 2025.

With the outstanding upshot and results of the previous editions, we are excited to host the fourth edition of chemeet conference. With the feedback from attendees, Knowledge gained through suggestions and with the policy and practice of learning from mistakes with the previous edition, the committee has taken care in Improving the agenda and sessions of the conference to make sure that attendees enjoy and learn to the finest.

Chemeet one of the important conferences in the calendar of chemists, connects all the eminent heads and key players in the field of Chemistry thereby creates and provides a unique platform for collaborations, knowledge transfer and innovations.

Parallelly, Chemeet conference committee strongly supports emerging researchers and young minds with innovative ideas and provides them numerous opportunities to market their innovations at this global platform.

General information

Conference Language

The Official language for the chemeet conference is English. For everyone to understand, no other language will be allowed for presentation and for PPT. Also, there will be no translator available during the conference presentations.

Liability & Insurance

Chemeet committee recommends all the participants to avail valid insurance that cover their travel, health and accidents before they enter Greece from their native countries/ places. Chemeet is neither responsible nor liable for any personal injury or damage to the belongings.

WIFI Availability

WIFI is available around the conference venues, meeting rooms, poster and lunch areas.

Visa Requirement

Requirement of a valid visa depends on the nationality of the participant attending the conference. Non-EU citizens and participants from non-visa free countries of Greece would need a valid visa to enter Greece. Time Zone

The time zone of Greece is Eastern European Standard Time (UTC/GMT +2 hours).

Weather

The temperature of Greece ranges from 18 degrees to 24 degrees. The usual daylight will last for nearly 11 hours and 7 hours out of this will have bright sunshine. It is advisable to check the forecast before 15 days and plan your clothing accordingly.

Country Code and Currency

The dialling code of Greece is +30 and the official currency is EURO.

Third Party Involvement

Chemeet 2025 is not involved with any third-party agencies for travel, Visa and accommodation booking. You can book your accommodation in our registration page and the accommodation will be provided in the same hotel where conference is going to take place. Chemeet committee hereby requests you to not respond to any such emails or phone calls from such agencies and the conference organization is not responsible for any bookings done through such agencies.

Chemeet Awards 2025

Like previous editions, the committee of chemeet 2025 also has announced two awards for the third edition of chemeet conference.

Best Poster Award

The poster presentations will take place on second day of the conference. All the accepted and registered posters from the young researchers and PhD Students will be considered for the best poster competition. The poster judge will take all the aspects into consideration while evaluation of all the posters. The poster evaluation will be done on a scale of 15 and the best poster will be awarded to the highest scorer.

To encourage the student’s research and participation, the committee has introduced the ECR slots for every session. The slots will feature the presentations from Graduate, Postgraduate, PhD students and Young Scientists. The best presenter under these slots will be awarded with CHEMEET ECR 2025 Award.

Eligibility Criteria and Evaluation of Awards

  • The participation for the chemeet awards is strictly reserved for the young scientists and PhD Students only.

  • The Review will be done by Award committee team of chemeet. The Following will be considered during review of the awards

  • Scientific and Research quality of the presentation
  • Communication Clarity while presenting
  • Consideration of social aspects and environmental challenges in the research
  • Technical Aspects of the presentation
